STRATEGY

Buy-And-Hold: The Fund buys uranium and stores it in certified convecters / warehouses.
Portfolio structure: At least 90% in physical uranium and other investments in uranium industry, from which not less that 80% in physical uranium.
Investment income resulting from capital gains based on uranium price movements.

The Framework Agreement with Kazatomprom for 10 years to supply uranium.
The first uranium fund in Kazakhstan and third one in the world.
Domiciled in Kazakhstan, the world leader in uranium production.
Tax advantages on the investment income received from investment funds registered in the AIFC.

SECURITY

All investment transactions on behalf of the fund are concluded by Agraga Ltd., the management company.
Activities of Agraga Ltd. are under the supervision of the AIFC Regulator and the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Key personnel approved by the AIFC Regulator.

Important notes:

All the uranium purchased by the Fund can be used for peaceful purposes only.
Units may not be redeemed in the form of physical uranium.
An investor wishing to make a large redemption may have to wait until a part of uranium assets holdings is liquidated.
